I am a professional counselor licensed in Michigan and have over 10 years of experience working in mental health. I have extensive experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low-self esteem, substance abuse and sexual addiction. I also have experience working with individuals struggling with severe mental illness like schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.

My goal is to help you get to the core of your problem so you can reach your goals, be confident and live the life you want to live. My approach to counseling is person centered and solution focused, helping you reach the solutions you want.
