I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) in Texas with over 3 years of experience and currently working as an Addiction Therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including drug and alcohol addiction, anxiety, depression, parenting issues, relationship issues, life transition, and veteran-related services.

Life can be full of challenges. It can be confusing, extending to overwhelming thoughts and unexplainable negative feelings. I am here to help you sort things out by listening, understanding, and being present at the moment to guide and help you process things that seem to be difficult. My goal is to help you build coping skills to overcome daily life challenges. My approach combines Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT).
