When life gives us the unexpected sometimes, we need support systems that may seem untraditional to some. As, a therapist, I welcome all the doubts that you may have to engage in the therapeutic process. Therapy is a partnership, meaning, I will be there to motivate and challenge you to arrive at the desired outcome. Most of my career has had a focus of working with individuals that suffer from dual diagnosis, trauma, and poor coping skills. Each treatment plan is developed personally for each individual meeting their own personal needs. My primary treatment orientation includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. I also have a passion foe working with those suffering from burnout in the workplace and those seeking personal self-care plans. out My interaction from beginning to end will also include trauma-informed care.
