I am licensed in Texas with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & coping with life changes. I have specifically been specializing in the hospice field the past two and a half years working with patients, their caregivers and families adapt, grow, and find meaning while being affected by illness and disease. I have also provided bereavement counseling and outreach services to families who have lost a loved ones over the past 2 and a half years. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I strive to treat the whole person and recognize that our goals to live happy and productive lives include developing our mind, body, spirit and relationships. My counseling practice has focused on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to help guide my clients to obtaining their goals.
