My name is Tykeyia Evans. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey. I attained my Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University in 2006, and I completed my Master’s of Social Work Degree in 2007 also from Rutgers University. I have 14 years experience as a psychotherapist working with children, families, adults, couples, severe mental illness, and addictions. I also have experience in crisis intervention. I’ve worked with a broad range of concerns including: psychosis, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, domestic violence, self-esteem issues, homelessness, family conflict, relationship issues, grief and loss, identity issues, and aging to name a few.

My passion and goal is to empower, to provide support, to give guidance, to challenge, and to instill hope to everyone I encounter. I will offer you an integrated treatment approach designed to meet your specific needs.
