I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in South Carolina. I have experience providing therapy in a wide range of settings. I have worked with adolescents and adults with a variety of presentations: depression, stress and anxiety, anger management, self-esteem, interpersonal difficulties, and maladaptive coping skills. I take an individualized approach to therapy to help you navigate through what's difficult for you. It is my belief that people are doing the best they can and have an inherent ability to change. My therapy style is a balance between meeting you "where you are" and encouraging you to take steps towards the life you want to live.

I recognize that making the first step on a journey towards change can be intimidating. I admire your courage. It is my hope that through the creation of a safe, non-judgmental space and a collaborative relationship, therapy can be an environment that cultivates and encourages growth.
