Being able to manage every area of our lives isn't easy. In fact, it can be quite challenging. At times, it can be overwhelming to feel that you have to move forward alone. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed for South Carolina. I want to help you recognize that you don't have to do it alone, and that you have what it takes to reach your personal goals or the goals for your family. I help individuals with the following, but not limited to: Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Self-esteem, Stress, Coping Skills, Occupational Stress, Family issues, and more.

Counseling can provide the additional support and guidance in order to accomplish what you need to be confident in your ability to persevere through challenges. I want to help you through your process by helping you reach your maximum potential. It's not an easy process, but with my help, you can get through it if you take the step.
