Before sipping TEA, let me introduce myself, my name is Tunisia London, but most people call me Sabrina. I want you to know that I am not your typical therapist. I will meet you where you are and push you to do better. I’m down-to-earth and approachable. Sometimes, I might let a potty word or two slip out, so feel free to take your crown off, but if you want to leave it on, you, that’s ok too! Therapy isn’t social media. This is personal and private life. I am incredibly nonjudgmental, sometimes to a fault, but that style is the perfect recipe for growth in therapy. I may have gone through lengthy and specific education/training in my role, but that doesn’t make me better than you or the “expert” in your life. You’re the expert in your life. My training and skills help elicit the change you’re seeking. Therapy is essential for everyone, and you will be Transformed, Empowered, and Affirmed when you put in the time, effort, and work during the therapy process.
