My hope for each individual I work with is that they walk away knowing there is an opportunity for healing and support through our work together. I genuinely believe that each of us has a purpose, meaning, and value. Despite difficult circumstances, we have an internal strength that will help us overcome even the most challenging times. I hope that the work we do together will help identify those strengths and use them. I have been practicing in the field of counseling for almost 15 years. I have partnered with several youth, individuals, couples, and families in overcoming challenging situations throughout my practice. I have also had the privilege of practicing as a therapist while I served as an active duty member in the Military. This experience allowed me to understand the unique mental health needs of our military and veteran populations. It is my honor to be of assistance to you and your family.
