I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor. I have experience working with individuals, couples and families. I’m a mental health professional and advocate who believes in using both holistic and evidenced- based practices to support those with overcoming their challenges.

I firmly believe that through therapy one can achieve their goals in life- related to mental health and their general well-being. I have been extensively trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). However, I use an integrative approach to ensure appropriate, ethical, culturally competent, best client care and services. I will support you with identifying the importance of intentionality in your life. We will work together to effectively overcome struggles and achieve mental wellness.
