When you put others before yourself so many times, you may find yourself unsure where to go or as if your life has never begun. I can totally relate. For years, I put my goals on hold while trying to figure out my place in the world. Eventually, through counseling, I decided to stop putting my life on hold and pursue my dream of helping others. As your therapist, I want to help you heal your inner child and discover your true self. Our sessions will become a safe place where you can work through any past trauma and begin to fully recover. I will lead our sessions together with empathy, while also driving you toward action and goal-setting. I understand that life is not a straight line and will encourage you through setbacks and challenges. Our ultimate goal together will be for you to achieve greater self-power and confidence.
