Hello! Welcome to the Find A Therapist Community. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oklahoma with 5 years of experience as a psychotherapist. Additionally, I have worked as a Medical Social Worker, specifically with people dealing with a life limiting illness or terminal prognosis.

I have worked with a variety of clients from ages 3 - 100+ with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relational issues, parenting problems, trauma, grief and loss, abandonment and attachment disorders. I believe in treating clients with respect and dignity, having an open and direct communication style while being compassionate and supportive.

My approach is individualized based on the client's needs and I typically utilize a combination of techniques including (but not limited to) cognitive behavioral, motivational, humanistic, and narrative therapeutic modalities.

Reaching out for help is the first step to feeling better. Taking that first step can be the hardest, but it's worth the healing which comes with the next steps. If you are ready to take the necessary steps to make change, I'd be honored to support you in that process.
