Welcome! If you are looking at my profile, it is likely that you have some type of life struggle that I would be happy to help you with! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Illinois, with 2 years of pre-clinical experience and 9 years of clinical experience. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration from the Western Illinois University, and my Masters of Social Work from the University of Illinois. I have worked in a residential setting with at-risk you, an inpatient psychiatric hospital primarily with adults, but also with children, and outpatient therapy with clients of all ages. I have experience in supervising clinical staff and helping LSW and LCSW candidates prepare for their licensing exams.

I provide a strengths-based approach using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused techniques. I believe that meeting the client where they are at is the best approach to building a strong therapeutic relationship.
