Life can be unpredictable. At times, we all need additional support as we navigate relationships, identity, loss, self-image, life changes, and careers (to name just a few). My role as your therapist is to provide you with a safe, trusting, and respectful environment from which we can explore your unique story and develop strategies to enhance your personal growth and well-being. Your goals for seeking counseling will give direction to our work together and will influence the therapeutic techniques I use. I hold an MA in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University and a BA in Psychology from Calvin College. I work with adolescents and adults who are struggling with anger management, ADHD, grief/loss, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, and stress management. I look forward to supporting you through your journey.
