I have been a therapist/counselor for over 20 years. I have experience working with all age ranges and have specialized in adolescents, the aging population, chronic disease and pain, grief, depression and anxiety, and women's issues. I utilize a solution-focused approach to therapy where the relationship between client and therapist is of utmost importance. I feel that therapy is for everyone. We can all benefit from a safe space to explore our thoughts, feelings, and needs without judgment. I hope to provide you with that space.
