I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Michigan. My choice of approach to counseling is dependent on what works best for you. Every person is unique and is ultimately the expert in their own life. I believe the body and mind are intricately connected and need to be examined together to accurately assess and reach a resolution for life's demands.

Counseling is my second career, my first was as a paramedic. I'm also an animal lover and believe pet therapy can be very beneficial. I look forward to assisting you with navigating life's challenges.
