My name is Trina McDonald, and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Clinician. I have experience working with various adult populations, including military personnel, persons living with HIV, substance use disorders, and mental health disorders. I use an eclectic approach when counseling, yet my foundational emphasis will be Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I approach the individual as a total person and target the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social aspects to promote balance and well-being. I look forward to working in a collaborative effort with those patients on my caseload. In forming this partnership, and focusing on treatment goals, therapeutic gains and treatment progress are made.
