About

I am a LPC with 15 years of counseling experience. I see the counseling process as a path towards healing and hopefulness where clients feel empowered to work on their goals and wellbeing. I strive to create a safe place for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, experiences and behavior. It takes courage and strength to come to the counseling space and utilize counseling during times of either difficulty, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression and relationship challenges.
I am LGBTQQIA+ affirming and treat all my clients with kindness and care.
