I am licensed in Illinois, Idaho, North Dakota, Oregon, Washington and Wyoming. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, lgbt-related issues, trauma, attachment injuries, abuse, & coping with grief and loss. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience working with adults, children, adolescents, families, and individuals of diverse backgrounds. I have extensive experience and expertise in assessing and treating trauma, as a Social Worker in the field for 20 plus years.
My approach is wellness based and incorporates a variety of healing modalities to address anxiety, depression, grief/loss, transition and the effects chronic stress on the body. My practice has helped people find different ways to process, respond, cope and thrive. I attended Southern Illinois University where I obtained a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work with a speciality in Human Rights.  I enjoy time with my family, traveling, reading, gardening (even in the winter) dancing, swimming, Yoga and walking meditation.
