With two decades of experience as a licensed clinical social worker, I’m committed to creating a therapeutic space that is safe, nonjudgmental, and nurturing for clients. Grounded in empathy, warmth, and understanding, my approach seeks to collaboratively guide clients through challenges with compassion and respect along their journey towards healing, growth, and empowerment. Specializing in anxiety disorders, relationship issues, and life transitions, I advocate for a goal-oriented therapy model where collaboration between therapist and client is paramount. I utilize a diverse range of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique needs. This includes Brainspotting, a somatic approach fostering deep emotional healing, as well as Humanistic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Interpersonal Therapy.
