I am licensed in Alabama with 9 years of professional counseling experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse. Much of my experience is with adolescents and their parents, and I have specialty training in dealing with trauma and substance abuse. I've also had great success in helping couples reconnect, and with veterans dealing with the unique challenges in military service. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
