I am a licensed mental health counselor working with individuals, couples and families in the state of Florida. I have been working in the mental health field over the past 16 years. I have spent the last 6 years primarily in private practice. I have worked within multiple mental health communities such as group homes, intensive school settings, community mental health, and private practice. I have worked with a ride range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma marriage counseling, mood disorders, OCD and ADHD.

My counseling style is client centered and interactive. I take your pain seriously and treat you with respect and dignity. My approach combines cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, psychodynamics and solution focus brief therapy. I offer a non-judgmental, compassionate environment for you to flourish and grow as an individual or family system. My client centered approach allows me to tailor the treatment to your specific needs and putting the client's viewpoint at the forefront of therapy.
