I graduated with my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Lee University in 2018 and am currently a doctoral student in a Marriage and Family Therapy program. I work through a client-centered focused assessment and processing, making the entire therapy process collaborative. With couples therapy, I utilize Attachment and Emotion-Focused Theory in order to reach core issues and speak to the deepest parts of ourselves. When working with addiction, a holistic approach is my go-to so that every part of an individual's life, needs, and surroundings are considered.
