About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Utah with over 8 years of experience working in therapy and counseling. I have worked with people who have lived with depression, anxiety, relationship stress, parenting problems, childhood trauma, combat and military trauma (including military sexual trauma), substance addictions, and behavioral addictions. I also helped many people who have experienced thought disorders such as Schizophrenia and Bipolar.

My therapeutic approach is a combination that pulls from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment therapy. We will work collaboratively to address your needs and move towards a more meaningful and fulfilled life. Interventions tailored to address trauma such as cognitive processing therapy and EMDR can be used to reduce the impact of trauma.
