I want to make sure you have a snapshot of who I am and how I operate in a clinical setting so that you may decide if I am going to be a good fit for you!

I have been a social worker for 5 years and have engaged a myriad of populations in various settings. I have a strong background in crisis intervention, child welfare and family counseling, and substance abuse. Much of my experience is rooted in addiction related services and working with individuals experiencing mental health symptoms related to anxiety and depression. The feedback I receive from clients is that they find me to be laid back, nonjudgmental, direct, and compassionate. I want you to know you can expect me to meet you where you are and know that I will work with you to accomplish your therapeutic goals.

I pride myself on being person centered which means I will focus on you as a person rather than your problem. I will demonstrate unconditional positive regard in an effort to help you better cope with any current and future problems you may face! The majority of my availability is in the evenings and on the weekends but I will try and be adaptable to help you meet your needs.
