Supporting people is my gift and passion! Sometimes life can be overwhelming and difficult to process and we need support to slow down and sort out our thoughts in order to move in the right direction.
I am licensed in Ohio with 25 years of professional clinical experience. I have supported clients with multiple concerns; like mental health issues, relationship concerns, coping with grief and loss, parenting skills, & career difficulties. I believe that you are the expert of your situation and that you have what you need to improve your functioning. My job is to reveal those strengths that will assist you in overcoming difficult situations. Making the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
