My name is Tracy and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor from New Jersey. I have over 15 years experience in various counseling settings. I have worked with a variety of clients of all ages. Making the decision to begin therapy can be an intimidating one but I will try to make it a comfortable, welcoming experience. Often, we know what we have to do to feel better but we need someone in our corner giving support and guidance. I try to stay focused on the positive and help my clients see their strengths and abilities. I tend to utilize a humanistic approach to therapy where I focus on the whole person. I believe in helping my clients discover their life purpose and values. I utilize mindfulness therapy often. By focusing on the present, we can bring gratitude and quiet our inner critic.
