About

For more than a decade I have provided individual, family, and group therapy services. I have a wide array of specialized training to treat many different diagnoses, including Depressive and Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Kinetic Disorders, as well as Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and compulsive behaviors. I specialize in treating men and women of the Millennial and Generation X generations, creative and gifted individuals, as well as children with behavioral and developmental disorders. My emphasis is on holistic, individually tailored treatment options that help you foster deep, meaningful, and authentic connections with others, as well as embrace your own unique strengths and talents to support you on your journey.

All through my career, I have been providing intensive Behavioral Health Services and crisis stabilization and management services. I have more than ten years experience as an outpatient Behavioral Health provider, as well as two decades experience in Intellectual Disabilities and Behavior Management. I have served the community as an outpatient therapist, a Designated Crisis Responder, and a a Court Evaluator for Involuntary Treatment and Commitment. I'm dedicated to assisting my clients stabilize their environments, symptoms, and relationships so that true healing can occur. Through a client centered approach and true individualized therapy services, I find the best combination of therapies to fit your needs and help you reach your goals. As a woman wearing many hats, I know the value of living true to your authentic self. My first love in life is simply being alive and being present in each and every moment I can be. Experience, adventure, and learning are all examples of things that fill me up inside so I can in turn serve others. Knowing yourself authentically and committing to caring for yourself are key elements of true happiness because they enable you to better serve in other areas in life. We all struggle with the “work-life” balance and when you work with me you will find a shift from “balance” to an emphasis on whole life excellence and authentic wellness.
