Hi! My name is Tracy. I am a lover of animals, nature, hiking, traveling in my RV, and adventure. I was born and raised in Oklahoma. I have been working in the mental health field for almost 10 years. Though challenging at times, my work has been so rewarding! I have had the privilege to help many people affected by depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, addiction, and relationship challenges.

Working together, we can explore ways to help you deal with your challenges in life. I am here to help you cope with the difficulties you may be experiencing. My approach to therapy is client centered; non-judgmental and empathetic. You are the expert on your life, and you determine the direction and depth of therapy. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I can assist you in exploring relationships among your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This can aid in discovering dysfunctional thought patterns you may be experiencing that could or can be leading to self-destructive behaviors and beliefs.
