Life can be challenging and full of ups and downs. I work with teens, adults, and families to help them identify and explore difficult feelings, thoughts and maladaptive behaviors in a safe, supportive and nonjudgmental space. As a therapist and clinical social worker, I take a holistic approach in building understanding in the problem-solving process by providing empathic listening, validation, and insightful questions using curiosity, compassion, and connection.
I have experience working with a variety of mental health issues through my work with a diverse client base drawn from a broad range of socioeconomic backgrounds, education, age, and life experiences. I have a particular interest and experience in relational dynamics within peer and personal relationships, family conflicts, and workplace stressors. I also provide life transition coaching and career management coaching.
