I work with clients to explore their mental health needs and develop healthier coping skills, thought processes and lifestyles. I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. I utilize multiple therapeutic modalities in my practice to address the unique needs of each individual.
I have a Master's in Clinical Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy. Some of the modalities in which I am trained are: CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy); DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy); Imago; Gottman Method; Psychodynamic; Family Systems; BST (Brief Strategic Therapy); and Emotion Focused.
