I'm a licensed therapist in Illinois and have been providing individual, marriage, and family therapy for the past 24 years. I've worked with clients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, community agencies, group homes, schools, and private agencies. I have also helped my clients address a wide variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, chronic health issues, LGBTQ+, caregiver issues, extramarital affairs, and improving the quality of relationships.

My treatment approach is very much client driven and collaborative with a focus on helping the client feel safe, validated and empowered to find solutions that are authentic to who they are. I use aspects of several different therapy models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT,) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as well as expressive and narrative therapies.

It takes a great deal of courage to reach out for help and begin the process of living the life you want, I look forward to being part of that journey!
