I have experience with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression and relationships. I help clients develop and strengthen their sense of self in a safe non-judgmental environment of acceptance. Using CBT, Narrative and Solution Focused methods, I’ll explore thoughts, feelings and behaviors to remove obstacles to self-awareness and self-understanding. I help clients to identify and build upon their strengths, create new behaviors, and discover their power as unique individuals.
