I am a licensed therapist in North Carolina with over 7 years. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. I am a wife, mother and a grandmother. I have experience in the school system, outpatient therapy and working with Intensive In-home. I have worked with client with a wide range of concerns, including, depression, anxiety, ODD, and ADHD.
My therapy approach is Person Centered therapy. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I believe that everyone has a need to be heard and their voice is important.
I have a true desire to see people live successful, happy lives.
