Hi:

My name is Tracy Hudson. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Addictions Professional with over ten years experience. I became a Therapist because I believe in one's ability to transform. I will listen, provide support and challenge you to achieve your goals. I will work with you and empower you to move forward from where you are. Together, we will develop tools to help you build the life you want because it takes work. Remember you get out of it what you put into it.

My goal is to provide an environment where you feel comfortable, safe and respected to enable you to share your thoughts and feelings. The modalities I utilize include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Client-Centered Therapy while providing Trauma Informed Care. However, it is always individualized to meet your needs. I would be honored to work with you.
