I am licensed in California with 10 years of professional work experience ranging from adult mental health such as anxiety and depression to death and dying within hospice. I value authenticity and integrity and work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My goal is to meet my clients where they are at and work toward achieving their own goals in the hopes they can create a more fulfilling and happier life.
