Hello and Welcome as we work together on your journey to living your BEST life! I have been in the ""therapy world"" for many years both in private practice and in the public sector. My specialities include working with those who experience anxiety, depression, family estrangement, and grief and loss. Also those who are wanting to change behavior patterns that are no longer working for you, and women's issues including self-esteem and finding a better work-life-family balance. There is not a one size fits all as far as therapy so I will tailor my approach to fit your needs and what works to achieve your personal goals. You will work in a safe, no-judgement, supportive zone. Client rapport and relationship building is important to me and also leads to successful treatment. I will listen to you, support you, and be with you 100% of the way in your therapeutic journey. I practice entirely over Telehealth which gives you the flexibility to connect conveniently and safely on your schedule. Please note I am only available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for appointments.
