I am a licensed professional counselor, a certified substance abuse counselor, and an independent clinical supervisor. I have more than 15 years experience working with adults and adolescents with varying degrees of mental illness and substance use barriers. My approach is straight-forwarded, person centered and strength based. I enjoy techniques such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and have extensive training and experience in all three.
