I am Tracie Zacharek, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have been a therapist with over ten years of experience providing direct counseling services in both an individual and group settings. I have worked with teens and adults who are facing any number of stressors, anxiety, depression, sleep issues just to name a few.

In the therapeutic setting therapists sit across from the client but in our time together I would like you to consider me sitting beside you taking in and understanding your view of the world and how you interact in it so I can gain the best insight I can to help you as much as I can.

My approach to therapy is finding the best tools to help you which mean I may pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to get where we need to go.
