About

I am licensed in Washington with 12 years of clinical experience working in outpatient and acute behavioral health settings, with military families, in school settings and in private practice. I have experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and challenges with motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I integrate my backgrounds in psychotherapy and art therapy to offer a safe space for clients to process their feelings and experiences and typically use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as more expressive modalities to help you better understand the complexity behind your feelings. We’ll start your treatment plan by focusing on what brought you to Find A Therapist and what your needs and goals are. From there, I’ll help you develop a toolbox of coping and problem solving skills that will benefit many aspects of your life including your relationships with others and with yourself.
