I am licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in both Arkansas and Florida. I have worked in the helping profession since receiving my BSSW from Troy University in 1994. I went on to receive my MSW from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2010. I have worked with a diverse group of clientele as a Correctional Counselor, Child Abuse Investigator, School Social Worker, and Clinical Counselor. Thru this work, I have developed expertise in working with clients who have identified concerns related to stress and anxiety, relationship distress, changes in relationships or work/living environments, separation from primary support group, family conflicts, trauma, domestic violence or sexual assault, military acculturation, LGBTQ individual or relationship concerns, bereavement or mood dysregulation. I am skilled in several treatment modalities and cater my therapeutic approach to the client and their identified concerns. These modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

I provide evening and some weekend appointments. I look forward to working with you.
