Welcome and thank you for checking out my profile-I truly believe the strongest people are those who ask for help when they need it. I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and have over ten years experience working with the college aged population on a variety of presenting concerns. I believe strongly in meeting a client where they are and working through sessions by helping clients examine their world around them in a way that allows them to function at their best. My approach is client centered, non-judgmental and focused on helping to examine and/or challenge patterns of thinking that can contribute to stress and anxiety. Some areas of focus I work with often include family/intimate relationships, panic disorders, depression, anxiety, ADHD to name a few. I would love the opportunity to meet and work with you focusing on progress, not perfection in all areas of a person's life.
