As an Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C), much of my experience has been focused on helping individuals who have experienced traumatic, confusing, or stressful life events. I am a Registered Play Therapist (RPT). Play Therapy is a modality which helps children express their emotions, cope with trauma and gain positive social skills through play. I have experience in alcohol and substance abuse disorders. I am EMDR certified. I incorporate art and music therapy techniques to enhance outcomes and make therapy a more enjoyable experience.
