My name is Traci Munden and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been practicing for 8 years after receiving my master’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington with a specialization in Direct Practice. I have held many roles from therapist to Director while in practice. I can appreciate the challenges that real life can bring. I have spent much of my career treating those with substance abuse-related issues, mood disorders, panic disorders, and trauma. I have also treated those struggling with life transitions such as divorce, grief, loss, going to college, etc. I prefer an eclectic approach to therapy that includes solution-focused, reality-based, and CBT. This means that some sessions are relaxed and learning about each other while other sessions may include homework and assignments. The pace of therapy is usually guided by the client. I know that everyone’s journey is unique and want to honor that as a safe space that is free of judgment.
