Traci Klasing, MA, LPC, LCMHC has been in the psychology and educational fields for 20 years. Traci is warm and engaging and has the desire to help her clients meet their needs. Her approach involves getting to know her clients and helping them move forward in their lives in areas that may need strengthening. She believes in a collaborative relationship where she and the client are both involved in goal-setting. Traci has experience working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, life changes, parenting issues and career issues. In addition to her mental health counseling experience, Traci has been teaching psychology coursework online and face-to- face for 21 years, therefore, she is well versed in counseling processes and theory. She is also skilled at working in a virtual format.

Additionally, Traci a subject matter expert in the field of career counseling. She was the Director, Assistant Director and Internship Coordinator in the Career Development Center at a university for nine years. In her various roles in the career center, Traci assisted students and alumni with the job search process, including obtaining internships and full time employment. Her prior positions include administering neuropsychological assessments and providing in-home psychotherapy to families. Traci has served as a licensure supervisor in MO and has helped numerous counselors with their client loads.

Traci was elected and served as the 2012-2013 President for the Missouri Career Development Association and she was also selected as a Leadership Academy Member by the National Career Development Association. Traci has served as a licensure supervisor in MO and has helped numerous counselors with their clients.

Traci earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kansas and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Webster University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina.
