Hello and welcome. My name is Traci Colodner, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience of work with families and children. My experience includes working with clients from a diverse background with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and parenting issues ranging from parenting children with medical or special need concerns to co-parenting a child whose parents do not reside in the same home. I have experience working with children and families in the child welfare system, including counseling during transition to relatives, or through the pre- and post-adoption process.

Taking the first step to find a counselor to work with could be a challenge. I would like to help by telling you about my approach. I treat everyone with respect and compassion, while creating a nonjudgmental safe place where we can work together to create a plan to meet your specific needs to be successful in meeting your therapy goals. My counseling style combines evidence base practice techniques like Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, Strength Based, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.
