Dr. Tracey Poirrier, Psy.D is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of North Carolina and Washington. She has worked in the mental health field for the past 14 years within a variety of settings. Her experience includes working with couples, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of emotional and behavior disorders.
Dr. Poirrier’s therapeutic approach is primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She provides support, guidance, and practical feedback in a solution-focused manner to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.
