Hi, My name is Tracey Condosta. I received my Bachelor of Science Degree from Chatham University in Psychology. Without hesitation, I continued on at Chatham to get my Master’s in Counseling Psychology. Over the past two years, I’ve been working at a nonprofit assisting older adults and family caregivers through their daily stresses, depression, grief and bereavement. It’s been my goal to help clients heal, find joy, purpose and happiness again. My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and holistic. I understand that everyone’s walk of life is different and experience things differently. I’m here to provide a comfortable and inviting environment so that you can heal at your pace. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is collaborative and it’s important for us to work together to see what works for you. It’s truly my passion to help others find their path to heal and move forward. I’m available for mornings, evenings, and weekends.
