I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado with 15 years of experience in providing direct mental health and behavioral counseling. I have worked with a diverse population of clients with varying diagnoses ranging from mood disorders, personality disorders, and thought disorders with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career and life challenges, anger management, and ADHD. I also helped many people through crisis management and with everyday stressors.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach is goal directed and client-centered. I provide a hands-on practical approach to problem solving through combined modalities of cognitive-behavioral, positive psychology, solution-focused, and rational-emotive behavioral counseling.
