If working within your Christian faith while holding true to biblical principles is important to your treatment, I can help by integrating evidenced based clinical mental health interventions that pass the "biblical test. " By offering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Solution Focused-Brief Therapy (SFBT), I am able to walk side by side with Christians within a mutual faith-based approach to healing and wellness while adhering to biblical principles. I also provide secular/non-faith based counseling using CBT, CPT and SFBT.
